National University of Mongolia
The Business Consulting Center (BCC) was originally established as the Business Training Center on November 28, 2005, under the School of Economics at the National University of Mongolia (NUM). Initially focused on training services for public and private organizations, the center expanded its scope in 2009, evolving into the Business Consulting Center. Since then, it has grown into a multifaceted institution offering training, research, and consulting services across various sectors.
Academic Collaboration & Expertise
The BCC works in close partnership with faculty and researchers from the School of Business at NUM, which has:
- 83 full-time faculty members
- 51% holding advanced degrees, including:
- 8 Professors with PhDs
- 23 Associate Professors and Doctors
- 40 Senior Faculty Members
Many of these academics bring practical experience from Mongolia’s economic and business sectors, having conducted applied research and contributed to national and corporate policy. A significant number hold doctoral degrees from NUM and leading universities abroad, allowing the BCC to deliver work that is theoretically sound, methodologically rigorous, and tailored to client needs.

Team Members
The Center has three full-time staff members and collaborates with over 800 faculty and researchers on a contractual basis.
International Collaboration
The Center maintains partnerships with universities and institutions in Japan, Korea, China, Russia, Canada, Germany, and Poland, and regularly invites:
- Guest professors
- International consultants through partnerships with JICA, KOICA, and other global organizations
