
More than 50 university teams competed in the student basketball league organized by the Mongolian Student Sports Organization in the 2025–2026 season. The “Falcons” teams of the National University of Mongolia successfully participated in the competition and achieved impressive results.
More than 50 university teams competed in the student basketball league organized by the Mongolian Student Sports Organization in the 2025–2026 season. The “Falcons” teams of the National University of Mongolia successfully participated in the competition and achieved impressive results.
The women’s team, led by R. Gantulga as head coach, Ts. Sumyaabeis as head coach, and E. Enkhbuyan as captain, won the silver medal as the league’s vice-champion. Players were selected respectively also following:
- B. Neamtsetseg – All-Star Game “Long Shot Champion”
- B. Neamtsetseg – “Starting Point Guard”
- A. Enkhsaran – “Intelligent Athlete”

The men’s team, coached by B. Bold-Erdene, also won the silver medal of the Vice-Championship. They earned the right to participate in the Asian University Champions League (AUBL) among the university men’s teams, and achieved a historic achievement that opened a new page in the sports history of the National University of Mongolia.
